Lisa Buckholts

Lisa Buckholts is a product marketing and customer insights executive based in Nashville, Tennessee. She is passionate about customer engagment, the voice of the customer and agile product launches.

Most recently, Lisa served as Product Launch & Insights Manager for Education Networks of America (ENA), where she worked closely with cross-functional teams to plan and execute successful product launches from discovery through launch. She led the launch of ENA TrustCompute, an innovative new cloud computing service; she introduced ENA Labs, a leading-edge environment enabling users to test-drive experimental new apps; and she defined a customer insights plan to gather product usage analytics and key insights for ENA.

Previously, Lisa worked as a Customer Insights Analyst on the Deloitte Application Studios (DAS) team, providing user analytics, insights and recommendations that drove roadmap decisions for Deloitte desktop and mobile applications. She held the titles of Senior Project Manager and Product Analyst at Underwriters Laboratories (UL), where she defined new feature requirements for PureSafety, Occupational Health Manager (OHM) and Incident Management System (IMS) products. Additionally, she served as Director of Marketing for ADS Security (ADS), where she revitalized the 20 year old ADS brand and launched 5 new products, in rapid succession, within the period of one year. Under her direction, ADS won numerous First Alert Professional marketing awards and two Security Sales & Integration SAMMY awards.

Lisa is active in community service and has volunteered at such organizations as Habitat for Humanity, Nashville CARES, Second Harvest and the Martha O'Bryan Center. In 2005, Lisa served as Co-Organizer and Sponsorship Coordinator for the Concert for Asia (CFA) held at Nashville's Belcourt Theatre, raising over $50,000 in services, ticket sales, silent auction proceeds and cash donations for the American Red Cross.

Lisa has a Bachelors Degree in Business and Psychology from Western Kentucky University, a Masters Degree in Clinical Psychology, with Honors, from Roosevelt University and an Executive MBA Degree from Vanderbilt University. Lisa enjoys traveling, reading, writing and dancing. She currently resides in Nashville, Tennessee, along with her husband Chuck, a Criminal Defense Attorney, and young daughter Annelise.
